The Manual Slow Juicer Machine Features:
It works by using a single auger (a large screw rather like a mincer) to slowly crush the produce, this gives a highly nutritional juice as no frictional heat is created and minimum oxygen it introduced to the juice. It's this slow cold-press process which makes it capable of effectively juicing wheatgrass and other leafy greens. The juice is dispensed into the custom fitted juice collector while the pulp is ejected through the end cap.
One of the unique things about the Lexen Healthy juicer is that it doesn't utilise a juicing screen like other juicers. Whilst this eliminates the most annoying part of a juicer to clean (the juicing screen) - it does produce a juice with a higher fibre content - although, it does have a removable sieve that sits atop of the provided juice collector to reduce the amount of fibre in the juice. The juicer locks to a smooth work surface using a powerful suction cup base and a metal G-Clamp is also provided for those none smooth surfaces.
